Ooma, Inc. Announces Secondary Offering by Certain Stockholders Download
Ooma, Inc. (NYSE: OOMA), a smart communications platform for small businesses and consumers (the "Company"), today announced that certain of its stockholders, consisting of entities affiliated with Worldview Technology Partners , intend to offer shares of the Company's common stock for sale in an underwritten secondary offering (the "Offering"). The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders. Worldview Technology Partners has engaged B. Riley & Co., LLC, to act as the sole underwriter for the Offering. The Offering is made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed by the Company with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the " SEC ").  Before you invest, you should read the preliminary prospectus supplement and final prospectus supplement, when available, and the accompanying base prospectus in that registration statement filed with the SEC on December 16, 2016 and declared effective on December 27, 2016 ,...
